Five of our UH GRL’s (Erika Lyles, Alex Grandstaff, Aubrey Peloubet, Artemis Maddox and Natalie Slaughter) were fortunate enough to get to attend this year’s GRL National convention, hosted by our awesome sisters at CSUN just north of Los Angeles, California. It was an amazing experience getting to meet sisters from all over the country, from all walks of life, and hearing about the different challenges, opportunities and victories we face in all our various regions. From California to Arizona, Indiana, Kansas, New York and our own Texas, we all left with more friends and sisters than we knew what to do with and can’t wait to connect with them all in 2012! Though if our Facebook pages are any indication, most of us aren’t waiting that long!
